DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days. The buyer pays return shipping costs.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or with a defect, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Seasonal or holiday items
Custom orders
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations; but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards. For your convenience, we also offer the option of checking out with PayPal.
CAN I WASH MY DOG WALKING BAG?
All of the individual materials I use in making my bags are labeled by the manufacturer for cold water wash and warm dryer setting. However, I do not pre-wash most of my fabrics so there probably will be some shrinkage, most likely lining fabric. Depending on the color of your bag, there could be some bleeding in the dyes on the first few washes. If you are worried about this, you may wish to use a "color catcher" to minimize this.
CAN I BLEACH MY EMBROIDERED TOWELS?
If the towel's label states it is bleach safe, you should be able to safely bleach your embroidered towel. The embroidery thread I use is manufactured to be bleach and chlorine safe.
WHAT EXACTLY IS A "TEA TOWEL?"
A tea towel is a type of traditional kitchen towel. You might also see it referred to as a "flour sack towel" (because the thrifty women of prior generations sewed up flour sacks into towels) or even simply as a "dish towel."

Ladies of the house have embroidered on tea towels for many generations. These towels were often used for drying tea sets and other fine dinnerware and stemware because they were absorbent and would not mark up the dinner service.

How you choose to use your new tea towel is entirely up to you. Maybe you want to use it to blot freshly washed greens or to line a bread basket. Maybe you just want to display it in your kitchen as part of the decor. Some of my customers have chosen to keep it by the door to dry wet doggy feet or in the car to wipe up doggy drool.
IS YOUR EMBROIDERY ALL DONE BY HAND?
No, although I can do hand embroidery, I make all of my embroidered items using a professional embroidery machine. This gives them a consistent, professional look and quality.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR RETAIL LOCATION IN MESA, AZ?
Yes, if you would like to pick up your order at Moon Dust Farms in Mesa, AZ, you may select that option when you go through the payment process. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. Most orders will be ready in 3-5 business days. There is no shipping charge for this option, but if, after you order, you change your mind and want it shipped, I will send you a separate invoice to pay for the cost of shipping. If I have already delievered your order to Moon Dust Farms, there will be a an additional $5 fee.
