PERSONALIZATION
Make the towel extra special by changing the text to your dog's name or another special message. Select "Personalized Text" from the drop down menu and write the desired text exactly as you would like it stitched in the "Custom Text Field." I usually do custom text in color in the same color family as the main image, only slightly lighter or darker.

Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or with a defect, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Seasonal or holiday items
- Custom or personalized orders
Cancellations
I do not accept cancellations; but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
