Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days.  Buyer pays return shipping costs. 

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or with a defect, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Seasonal or holiday items
• Custom or personalized orders

 

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations; but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. 

Processing Time

Most items ship within 1-3 business days. During the Christmas holiday season, it may take an additional 1-2 business days to ship.

 

Shipping Carrier

We ship using the services provided United States Post Office. Most orders ship First Class or Priority Mail, although expedited methods are available. The seller is not responsible for any delays in shipment once your order is in transit. 

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. The seller is not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

MATERIALS

Each tea towel is 20 x 28 inches, hemmed on each side, and made from 100% cotton. 

 

EMBROIDERY INFO

I pre-wash all towels before embroidering to reduce the chance of shrinkage or distortion of the embroidery. 

 

The embroidery process utilizes certain tools such as stabilizers, toppings, and water-soluble markings. Even though I clean this all off after the embroidery is complete, sometimes small pieces of stabilizer may be missed. The first wash cycle fixes what the hand or eye does not get.
